Julio Albalad Gimeno is the Director of the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF). INTEF is the unit of Spain’s Ministry of Education and Vocational Training responsible for the integration of ICT and teacher training in non-university educational stages. It coordinates the actions of the digitalization and Digital Competences Plan of the educational system.
Julio shares with us developments in technology use in Spain’s local schools, the barriers on greater technology use.
