“It’s like pushing a square block up a steep hill” Larry Nelson shares, in reference to the difficult journey the education industry was on when it came to technological change. But with the pandemic, online learning went from ‘just-in-case’ to absolutely necessary. How can educational institutions around the world be empowered to service learners even when they are not face-to-face?
