Preparing students for ‘Borderless’: The changing responsibilities of education institutions

Encik Zainal bin Abas, Director of Education Technology Resources Division, Ministry of Education, Malaysia delivered the opening address at EDUtech Malaysia 2023. Encik Zainal shared how even with the pre-emptive implementation of a digital learning platform in 2019, there is still more work to be done to digitalise education. He also shares the need for educators to reimagine the curriculum, keeping in mind the need to prepare students for a ‘Borderless’ world.
